The Crown at Axford

Mark & Becky would like to welcome you to The Crown at Axford

Set in the beautiful village of Axford in rural Hampshire, The Crown was built in the 17th Century and is a traditional English Inn.  Cosy, candlelit and steeped in history, the quaintness of this establishment is enhanced by beamed ceilings and photographs of past generations of customers hanging on the walls.

Warmed and lit by open fires, the feeling is warm and relaxed.  The atmosphere is just right for either a romantic candlelit dinner in the separate restaurant, or a get together with family or friends in the more traditional public bar where you can relax and enjoy a game of darts or watch live sporting events on the flat screen TV.

Traditional home cooked food is served with a wide selection of real ales and world wines on offer.  Situated in a privileged location, travel through leafy lanes and sleepy villages in the heart of Hampshire and discover this charming hostelry within easy reach of London and the rolling countryside of Hampshire. It is an ideal starting point for your exploration of this beautiful area of the county and all its treasurers.

Why choose The Crown at Axford...

A taste of the ales which are locally supplied, a child and dog friendly garden adjoins the pub overlooking a valley where spectacular sunsets can be viewed.

Surrounded by acres of woodland, there is no better place to experience some exhilarating fresh air before enjoying some wholesome, hearty food and a genuinely warm welcome.
